Items In Stock will be dispatched as usual but delivery time depends on where you would like the products sent to (which country and city). We normally estimate that delivery take 3 weeks from when it is sent from Ulaanbaatar. Products are sent by "Mongol post"(most reliable option available from Mongolia) or DHL or EMS at additional costs.

Special order items
Production time depends on the type of products ordered, the amount of products ordered and time of year the products are ordered. We can provide a more accurate production time once your order has been placed. For larger orders, we normally require at least 4 to 6 weeks lead time. We will contact you by email if there are any specific queries or problems.

FeltMongolia.mn requires 50% deposit payment on special big orders placed (over an agreed amount). The final 50% is payable once the production has been completed, before shipment of the final order. For smaller orders, one payment is required before shipment.
