How long does delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the location where you would like to receive the production. It takes 2 weeks after shiping from Ulaanbaatar in most countries. We are sending our productions by Mongol Post or DHL.

How much is delivery? Is it included in the price?
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the final order and products ordered. Transport and delivery charges are added to the product price. Once we have an indication of the size of your order we can give you an estimate of the final weight and delivery charge.

How long do we make your orders?

Please be informed that our all productions are hand-made and we begin to work after a order placed. when you have placed a order, we will inform you how long it will take. For one felt slippers or boots, scarf, we need usually 3 calendar days. For larger orders, we require at least 30 calendar days.
